This restaurant is named “Threefold.” They have since changed their menu, and it is no longer the same; however, when it was perfect, it was my favorite. The menu featured tofu steamed dumplings with pickled vegetables, green onions, cilantro, and a generous amount of chili oil. These, along with the tofu salad, were the only items I used to order. As a dumpling lover, I will always choose them whenever possible.
Would you like to know something? My favorite cuisine is Asian food. The delicacies found within this culinary tradition are unmatched and remarkably diverse. The dishes are filled with sweet and savory sauces and spices, offering a wide variety of flavors. If I could eat Asian food every day, I would; however, I must be mindful of my budget when dining out. In those instances, I attempt to recreate recipes at home. I have not yet tried making dumplings, because I know I will struggle (lol). However, I may attempt it soon, as I am obsessed with them.
